AcuFlight respects your privacy. We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of our members and users
of our services. Please read this policy, which outlines ways in which we will protect your privacy. We invite your comments,
and describe below the best way to contact us.
What information does ACUFLIGHT collect from me? ACUFLIGHT may
routinely collect information, such as the automatic numbering information provided by the telephone network. To improve the
quality of services operated by ACUFLIGHT, we may record the oral or voice commands that you make in using services operated
by ACUFLIGHT.
How does ACUFLIGHT use my information? When you sign on to AcuFlight to use the telephone to access
AcuFlight services, you will be asked to provide personal information to improve your experience and/or facilitate obtaining
services that you require from your travel provider. What information is collected is completely determined by you or your
corporation or travel provider who has paid for you to have access to the service. How they use your personal information
is governed by their privacy policy.
Will anybody else have access to my information? ACUFLIGHT distinguishes
between "personally identifiable information" (which can be used to identify you specifically) and "non-personally
identifiable information" (which cannot be used to identify you specifically). Respecting your privacy is important to
ACUFLIGHT, and so we take particular care in how we use your personally identifiable information. ACUFLIGHT may provide unique
identifiers, aggregate statistics, demographic, and other non-personally identifying information about our users to Service
Providers to help these parties provide their services to you.
When I use ACUFLIGHT, what information might other
companies and individuals (“Service providers”) collect from me? It is important to understand that Service Providers
may provide content or offers products or services in conjunction with or accessed through ACUFLIGHT. It is possible to access
these Service Providers while using ACUFLIGHT's services. ACUFLIGHT does not control the actions, practices or content of
Service Providers after you have elected to be transferred to their services.
